Processing Times

Our Processing Times range from one day to five working days depending on the availability of the products. As a guide, over 90% of our orders are processed within two days of orderering. We strive to ensure that processing times are as short as possible, however logistics are complicated and sometimes our stock levels might be out due to human or computer error, our suppliers may supply the wrong product or not at all due to factors outside our control.

Sale Processing Times (applies to Friday Frenzy and all store-wide sales)

  • Orders will be shipped on a first in first out basis
  • Five to ten additional working days of processing time
  • Orders may be shipped in separate packages or shipped from separate warehouses
  • While we will do our best to fulfil every order, circumstances may lead to the cancellation in part or whole of some orders.

Classic Games (Chess, Checkers, Backgammon, Go, Mahjong, Dominos)

  • Classic games and related accessories (Chess clocks etc) may in some cases incur a 1-3 day delay
  • If you are unsure, please contact our customer service (customerservice@gamesparadise.com.au) to get a timeframe.

Christmas Processing Times November 1 to Janaury 31 ("the Christmas Period")

The above processing times relate to non Christmas periods.  During the Christmas Period processing times can be extended due to back logs caused by Christmas demand. While in most cases Games Paradise will be able to adhere to normal processing times, delays from our suppliers and general demand make it difficult.  We ask for your patience and rest assure all orders placed before our Christmas cut off times will reach you prior to the big day.

If your order is for a birthday or you are going away and you require your order as a matter of urgency, please email your order confirmation to customer service and we will attempt to prioritise it, but please only do this if it necessary. 

Prior to Christmas is a stressful time for everyone and our Warehouse and Customer Service teams are working their hardness to make sure your presents arrive. Remember, we're on your side. 

Delivery

We use an established courier company to ensure the fastest possibly delivery to you.  Australia is a vast nation and shipping sometimes can be beyond our control. The below table is a guide as to when you can expect to have your goods delivered to you after your order has been processed. We will endeavour to contact you should there be any delay in the below delivery times. Orders are shipped with Australia Post and Fastway Couriers within Australia.

Notes on Delivery Guide:

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers (except for rural customers)
  • Orders will require signature on delivery.
  • Delivery times are based on working days and are approximate only. No liability is accepted for late delivery.
  • Delivery times may vary according to weather, road conditions and seasonal overload such as Christmas.
  • NT & WA orders may be subject to an freight surcharge, customers will be notified for approval before sending any goods, and orders may be cancelled if freight charge is deemed too high by either customer or management.

How much will delivered goods cost me within Australia & New Zealand?

Games Paradise will provide free delivery within Australia for metropolitan orders with a value of AUD 89 or more.

Orders under $89.00, and orders to regional and remote locations (after discounts and coupons have been applied) within Australia will incur a shipping fee of $9.90.

All orders within New Zealand will incur a shipping fee of AUD $35.00. Free shipping does not apply on New Zealand orders.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure someone is at your requested address when the goods are to be delivered. Games Paradise uses courier service for security and as such we require a signature of someone when the goods are received. It is for this reason that we recommend delivery to a business address. Alternatively if you are not home, the parcel will be delivered to the nearest courier depot.

International orders (excluding New Zealand)?

We do not ship overseas. However, if you are willing to organize your own courier service to pick up and deliver your order we might be able to help you place an order. Please email customerservice@gamesparadise.com.au to place an order. International orders will not be accepted from 1st October to 1st January.
